What jumped out at me?
Verses 7-9 “ 7 For there are three that testify: 8 the[a] Spirit, the water and the blood; and the three are in agreement. 9 We accept human testimony, but God’s testimony is greater because it is the testimony of God, which he has given about his Son.
Why It Jumped Out?
The three which testify the truth concerning Jesus Christ are provided for each believer to experience. The Spirit dwells and guides each believer, while the water shares God’s heart and desire to cleanse, as the powerful Blood of the Lamb covers, protects, confirms, forgives and enables us to approach Holiness during this time of need.
How this changes my life
- This Scripture enhances the Christ experience for me and other Believers as God continues to add spiritual blessings, teachings and understandings in our relationship with Him. The Spirit, the Truth, The Water and the Blood are Only God-given, and thoroughly impact our identities and what’s at work within us.
- God’s testimony, His Promises, His Prophecies, His Son, The Word are Holy, Eternal and alive within each Believer. The testimony of God’s Power-filled Word are at work within us and His Spirit brings all things to our remembrance.
Prayer
- God, Thank You. I appreciate that you dwell within even me. I certainly do not deserve any of your riches, the Spirit, the water or Jesus’ Blood, but I am very grateful, for you being the Lord of my life. I am thankful that you continue to relate to me, making deposits and allowing me to serve you for your Glory. Receive Glory even through me,
