What jumped out at me?
Verse 13-15: 13 “‘Every day you are to provide a year-old lamb without defect for a burnt offering to the Lord; morning by morning you shall provide it. 14 You are also to provide with it morning by morning a grain offering, consisting of a sixth of an ephah[c] with a third of a hin[d] of oil to moisten the flour. The presenting of this grain offering to the Lord is a lasting ordinance. 15 So the lamb and the grain offering and the oil shall be provided morning by morning for a regular burnt offering.
Why it Jumped Out
Thankfully, this Scriptures reminds me of the value that God has provided to those who worship Him. Following the examples and as the Apostle Paul has written, we present ourselves daily as Holy living sacrifices. When seasoned with prayer, thanksgiving, hope and trust in Him, Christians fulfill His plan for our lives, and often please God.
How this changes my life
- Dedicate each day of my life to thankfully serving the One and Only Holy God. Embrace that He knows best and has all I need. Love Him with my whole heart and be committed to be as faithful to Him as I am able.
Prayer
- God, thank you that you are Holy and you change not. Thank you for making me Holy and presentable through the sacrifice of Jesus on the Cross. I submit myself even more, today, and even right now, in Jesus Name. God, Thank you for your Holy Word, Your Love, and All Things. Thank you for the remission of sin through your Son.
